Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. Teachers can use MUSIRIS for free with up to 5 students, with no time limit. Students also have a Free plan with its own usage limits. No credit card is required to get started, and you can upgrade anytime in Settings.
No. With Student Free, your students join your learning group, complete assignments, send messages and request lessons – for free. Student PRO is optional and only extends personal practice, for example with unlimited entries and the PDF report.
Notes, calendars and messengers store information separately – they know nothing about your lessons. MUSIRIS connects assignments, practice entries, goals and appointments into one coherent picture. You see what was practiced before the lesson, and your students know what's next. Instead of private chats, everything runs GDPR-compliant and hosted in the EU.
MUSIRIS is GDPR-compliant and hosted in the EU. Your data is not sold and is not used for advertising or tracking. You stay in control and can export or delete your data at any time.
A premium subscription can be cancelled through subscription management at the end of the current billing period. Premium features remain active until that period ends.
Existing content is not deleted automatically. After switching to Free, the Free limits apply to newly created content.
MUSIRIS works for instrumental and vocal lessons. Choose from preset instruments, add your own and select which ones you want to use in Settings.
Short entries record what you worked on, what went well and which questions remain. They help you plan your next practice session and give your teacher a basis for the next lesson. Practice time alone does not measure the quality of your playing.
MUSIRIS has a documentation you can view. If you run into problems using it, feel free to contact us – we'll take care of your request within 24–48 hours.
